Contact David
Composer, Director, Musician, Educator
David has been making music his entire life: singing and making up songs on the piano in grade school, and playing the trumpet in high school (which he no longer does—just to be clear) led to a career of composing works for choirs, ensembles, and solo instruments; directing choirs of varying sizes and skill levels; and, most recently, playing the Native American flute. David’s teaching experience runs the gamut from private lessons to the classroom, from kindergarten to adult instruction, and from voice instruction, to music theory and music history, to composition and songwriting.
